Make a complaint

If you feel you have been discriminated against, sexually harassed, victimised or vilified, you or someone on your behalf can make a complaint to the Commission.

We may be able to help resolve your complaint through our free, fair and timely dispute resolution service.

A complaint can be made in any language and, if required, the Commission can arrange a free interpreter in your language or a sign language interpreter.

Community Reporting Tool

If you have experienced racism, sexual harassment or discrimination of any kind, or if you have any human rights issues or concerns, then we want to hear from you.

The Community Reporting Tool is an online form to make it easier for you to tell us what has happened, or what you’re worried about.

The information you give us is confidential and will help provide evidence for our advocacy work.

Please note, the Community Reporting Tool is not part of our formal complaint process, but you can let us know if you’d like us to contact you. We can provide you with information on your rights or let you know how to make a complaint.
